The UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness
The UCSD Center for Mindfulness has a well maintained free resource page. You will find a number of practices that are also available directly on SoundCloud.
To start with, I would suggest practicing with one of the 20 minute seated meditations and one of the 20-30 minute Body Scan meditations.

Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Guided Mindfulness Meditations
High quality recordings guided by the founder of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program at UMass Medical School. These are not free but are good value for money.
